High-performance liquid chromatography
High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
The High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) system is designed to separate, identify, and quantify compounds in liquid samples. It is widely used to analyse organic compounds, including pharmaceuticals, environmental samples, and complex mixtures. Our equipment is the ACQUITY Arc System from Waters Corporation.
Key features
- Quaternary solvent management: Allows precise mixing of up to four solvents with automatic compressibility compensation, providing flexibility in solvent selection.
- Arc multi-flow path™ technology: Supports both HPLC and UHPLC methods within a single system, enabling method replication and improvement without compromising method integrity.
- Automation of mobile phase preparation: Enables gradient programming based on pH and ionic strength, reducing manual mobile phase preparation and minimizing human error.
- Dual detection: Equipped with UV and QDa detectors.
- Advanced thermal management: Accommodates columns up to 300 mm with precise temperature control, ensuring consistent method transfer across laboratories.
